Hey friends, how are you today? Can you believe September is here already? We are there months away from the end of the year. Lately, our temperatures have been cooler, mornings have been chillier; warnings of the impending fall season. I love fall, the myriad of colors from the foliage is its it’s best recommendation, I think. The cooler temperatures take me a minute to adapt, but I’m sure I will manage, not so sure about my mom though. She is an island girl, anything under 75°, and she thinks snow is inevitable. Pray for her.
I do enjoy this time of the year. I think the fall foliage tells of our Lord’s love for diversity. The vibrancy and richness of color is awe inspiring. This God, Creator of the heavens and earth gave us beauty all around for our enjoyment. The question that remains is ‘why’? And the simple answer is because He loves us. Oh, how He loves you and me, He gave His life, which was His ultimate sacrifice, to restore the broken connection, caused by sun, between Himself and mankind. He loves, in spite of us. He loves us, just because. He loves us far beyond our imagination. He loves us unfailingly, unwaveringly, unconditionally. Nothing, absolutely nothing, can separate us from His love. He loves You and me.
