Can you believe we are in the month of July, already? The last six months have just flown past. How are you doing? This month is a great time to reflect on the past six months and take stock. It is so easy to get lost in the busyness of life; to take our eyes off the Lord, without being aware of it. It is easy to be overwhelmed and consumed with the problems and difficulties that life sends our way. Sometimes it’s hard to understand the love of God; to accept the way He does what He does, and acknowledge that His love for us is perfect and complete. He loves you, friends, with an unconditional and unwavering love. He loves you more than you can ever imagine. His love for you is beyond imagination. His thoughts about you far exceed anything conceivable. You can rely and depend on His love. You can rest assured that His plan for your life has at its roots; its foundation is based on His love. Psalm 139 is a great reminder of His love for us. Go ahead, spend time with Him, read it for yourself, we have time! Here are few other places in Scripture, which tell of God’s love for us.
John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
And one of my personal favorites, Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Life isn’t easy, but as Babbie Mason says in the chorus of her song, Trust His Heart’
God is too wise to be mistaken
God is too good to be unkind
So when you don’t understand
When don’t see His plan
When you can’t trace His hand
Trust His Heart Trust His Heart
