Hi Friends, It is April, the second week in April is almost over, as a matter of fact.  Take a minute, think back on this past week.  Has the Lord done anything for you? Some of you may be ready to testify of the goodness of the Lord.  Others perhaps can’t think of one thing to be thankful for, right now.  Maybe it feels as if your life is falling apart. Perhaps you are overwhelmed by the trials.  What’s there to be thankful for, in this tribulation?  Rest assured, my friend, the God of the Universe has you in the palm of His Hand. Psalm 37:24; He will keep your feet from falling, Psalm 121:3 He does not sleep, nor does He slumber.  Believe me, my friend, the best way to relieve yourself of this burden is to give it over to the Lord.  Then go ahead, I know there is something to be grateful for, if you dig deep enough. Allow Him to show you what He has done for you; He will not leave you clueless.  Let’s testify of His goodness in the comment section.  Ps 34 1

TARTE – Tartiest Pro Glow: Liquid Highlighter IMG_3361I love everything Tarte! Yep! I said it.  I very rarely apply highlighter.  Truthfully, I don’t think I’m very good at it. But I like this product for this very reason.  It is subtle enough, that I can experiment with it, without necessarily looking incompetent. This product claims to be a gel-cream, oil free formula that you can mix with your foundation. We’ll see… You can find here at Sephora IMG_3363

COLORPOP – You Had Me At Hello Shadow Palette IMG_3365I like this eye shadow palette.  The colors are right up my alley; neutral, my kind of natural colors.  I absolutely love the creamy textures of this very pigmented palette.  But seriously, must we get a palette in every box? How many is too many? I found this item on the Colourpop website hereIMG_3367

DR. BRANDT – No More Vacuum CleanerIMG_3368(Ummm don’t know about that name). I can’t wait to try this product. I enjoy skincare, anything that helps me to maintain my skin, I will gladly use it.  It claims to be a pore refining mask.  It claims to unclog and tighten the look of the pores.  I usually do like Dr. Brandt products.  Hopefully this lives up to its claim. This product can be found at Sephora for $42.00 (WHAT!)IMG_3370

THE BROWGAL – Instatint – Tinted Eyebrow Gel IMG_3382This product is a ‘tinted eyebrow gel with micro fibers to achieve a natural hair look’.  My daughter tried it.  Her eyebrows were just slightly more pronounced, but very natural and well manicured.  (Picture a lawn).  You can get this item on Amazon.IMG_3378

ADESSE – Hi Definition Liquid Lipstick IMG_3377I know, I’ve said it before and I will say it again.  I really, really, really do like lipsticks. I love the color, it beautifully neutral.  It claims to be a luxurious, creamy, long wearing liquid lipstick. I can’t wait to try this product.   Amazon has this product hereIMG_3373BoxyCharm is a $21.00 monthly subscription service.  There are usually 4-5 beauty and skin care products.  I have had this subscription for almost two years.  I have yet to regret that decision. This post constrains no affiliate links. But if you are interested, here is the link.

What are some things you are thankful for today?

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all who have taken the time to follow the blog.  I am humbled by your comments and likes on the posts.  May the Lord be honored on this adventure.

Have a blessed day and remember: God’s love is unfailing, unwavering and unconditional.

  1. I love the name of your blog ‘Becoming His Tapestry’ – excellent reminder of who is in charge as well, as the artistry and beauty that goes into the workings at His hand. I’m your neighbor at #Faith’nFriends. Blessings.
