Merry Christmas from our house to yours.  As I look back on the year, Hannah’s prayer to the Lord comes to mind, in 1 Samuel 2:1 And Hannah prayed and said: “My heart rejoices in the Lord;  My horn is exalted in the Lord…  I love that verse!  I made it one of my verses for 2017.  There is a continuation to the prayer and the second verse is one that as Christians, we should never forget, but I will not deprive you of reading it for yourself.  As a matter of fact, just do yourself a favor and read chapter 1 also, to put the whole thing into perspective. Psalms 36:5 says Your mercy, O Lord, is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.   And again Lamentations 3:22-23 Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.  MERRY CHRISTMAS, friends and family, we pray for God’s continual blessings on you and your family.
