COME TO MY PARTY

Hey friends, how are you today? Do your days seem to run into each other? The days do seem to move quickly doesn’t it? Blink and today is already the 21st and can I even remember how I’ve spent the past 20 days? Sometimes, I want the Lord to slow the down the time because I can’t seem to keep up. Recently, I had to remind myself that Christ came to give me life more abundantly.

But because I’ve been waiting for spring and summer, winter has literally been slipping through my fingers. I have been reminding myself that these are days, actual days that have been misplaced by me.  I simply do not know what happened to them. They seem to have vanished into thin air.  Can you help me find them? Well actually I don’t want them anymore, I want to keep those that are ahead. I want to make them count.

Guess what time it is? Guess what!?

It’s PARTY TIME!!

Everyone is invited; you do not have to share my faith to participate.

LET’S GET THE PARTY STARTED!!

Here are some simple rules:

First off, everyone is welcome to participate in this Blog Party (even if you do not currently follow me, although I would LOVE it if you do!)

If you are a new follower of my blog, say hi and let me know so that I can remember to drop by your blog and check you out.

Leave a Comment! Say hi and tell us who you are and what your blog is about. Feel free to leave a link connecting back to your blog’s home page or to your favorite or most recent blog post! (Post this only once please.)

Mix and Mingle! This is where the party begins. I am blessed to have over 4,000 followers and this is a great opportunity for many of my friends to meet each other. You guys are amazing, and I think a lot of you would enjoy meeting and following one another.

Because we are still in the love month, be sure to say how you celebrate your love, along with your other comments!

ONE MORE THING…  Well 2 more, but it won’t take long, I promise)

Remember, you never have to follow anyone just because they follow you. However, it is good manners to always return a page visit for a page visit. Did someone stop by your blog, like or leave a comment? Do the same for them! It only takes a minute.

Don’t forget to REBLOG! Spread the fun by encouraging your own followers to join in the party! This is the best way to attract new bloggers by spreading the word.

Let’s continue the conversation over on Instagram. Follow my Instagram and I will follow back, just let me know in the comment section. I would love to meet you 🙂

Processing…
Success! You're on the list.

  9. Hey, that’s a great idea. I love your blog and am trying to catch up on it (and a lot of other blogs!). I was reading yesterday but kept getting interrupted when I tried to leave a comment (sigh..kids..) I write at https://www.lisahoweler.com (Boondock Ramblings). I write about faith, parenthood, photography, creative writing, reading and fiction serials. So I write a little bit about everything. So, anyhow, we are reading for winter to be over here too! I’m ready for it to be all cold or all warm. The up and down is messing with my sinuses!

  10. Hi Brenda,
I have enjoyed following you and reading your blogs posts. I celebrate love every day by showing kindness and honor to others. If we say, we love God, then we must love our family and church family by being kind and patient with them. My blog site helps people overcome wrong thinking, unhealthy beliefs, and healing painful memories. I share many of the lessons I learn and Bible studies I create for the incarcerated women at the county jail. I wrote a short book that I make available on my website. https://hopeforcompletehealing.com/

  11. What a fun celebration! I love your point about page visit courtesy versus following. For me love means time ❤️. I write over at: https://ofprogressandpurpose.com where I share a weekly blog article as well as a weekly podcast episode, about knowing and loving who you are, among other things! And I love visiting your happy smile on IG, I hope others do, too! God bless, friend ❤️.

  17. Good Morning, thank you for your words. I always enjoy catching up with those I follow. One of the great things about Fort Worth is the growing season here. I don’t get to write as much as I’d like as Spring planting is underway. As a writer I find it frustrating, but as a farm manager for our non-profit urban farm (Opal’s Farm) I’m thrilled to death that Spring is right around the corner. You can find me at http://www.gregoryjoel.com or the Opal’s Farm Facebook page. God bless and enjoy the day!
