HAPPY FATHERS’ DAY

Hey friends, happy Sunday and a beautiful and happy Fathers’ Day to you too.  First, I would like to say ‘thank you’.  Thank you to those who’ve commented liked or followed this blog.  Thank you to those who take the time to read the posts. I appreciate the time; you’ve taken to read it.  I understand how precious time is and I don’t take what you do lightly.  THANK YOU. 5F48DBEE-6461-481E-875A-21400430F234From the beginning of this blog, my husband has been my biggest advocate. He has read every single post; he has liked and commented on every post, even my favorites.  But I must admit that the thing I most admire about him is his absolute love for the Lord. It settles my heart when I see him spending time with the Lord.  And I am convinced that’s the reason for the wonderful father that he is.  But you do not have to take my word for it.  Here is what his girls have to say about him.  Yes, I told them to write it, but of course not what to write.    They are teenagers… need I say more?  if you are able to read their handwriting, that’s excellent; but if not, I’ve written it out below. To the love of my life:

That’s my dad! I love how you take the time to pray for me, on your knees, no less.  On Valentine’s Day, you bring me flowers and take me out (if I’m home for it).  Daddy, you give the very best example of how a godly man should treat not just his wife, but also his daughters.  I love you so much and I thank God for you.  Thank you for all you do,  You are the best,  ~Cleo~”

I could ask for.  Thank you for letting me dance on your feet and rub your head and put up with all the other strange things I do.  Thank you for being a godly example of what a man should be.  Thank you for everything.    ~Anna~ closing1brenda
