It is easy to get swept up with the frenzy that can become the Christmas season.  There are gifts to buy, decorations to hang, perhaps travel plans to make, cakes and cookies to bake.  This is also the time of the year, most of us volunteer at various charity houses.  Yes, this time of the year can become very busy.  Hundreds of millions of us, all around the world are preparing to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

Or are we?

First, in order to celebrate His Birth, we would need to know Him, right?  Do you know Him?  Walk with me.  Come; let us recall the One who made this time of the year possible, let us take a look at what the Word of God says about this One called Jesus.

And finally, 2 Corinthians 5:21 reminds us,  “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him”. Are you too busy to spend time with God? Too busy to become the “righteousness of God in Him”?  Nothing is AS IMPORTANT!  End the year the way you want to begin it!
